Vesper of Radius Not Blinding
Bungie,
Vesper of Radius is my favorite exotic and is no longer functioning as intended. It is not blinding enemies nor stunning unstops. That functionality is the best part about the exotic imo. Please fix this if you can before stopping support for the game entirely. I would so hate for my favorite exotic to be so badly nerfed accidentally forever. Please help...
