Turncoat + void spec + phantom surge = fun. Thanks Bungie.
Just needed to say that playing Hunter, using void spec and Turncoat hand cannon is extremely fun. I think that I never had so much fun than now.
Turncoat is just amazing fun gun to use and man I hope it does not get nerfed. Pair it with void spec that create void breaches, orbs and picking them up heals you and gives all kind of buffs. You just reign chaos and dont die even tho Turncoat harms you.
This new phantom surge melee is also what hunters needed, extremly nice to strike trough masses of enemies.

I also run fortunes favour and then the deep artifact where void breaches give you overshield and orbs give you destabilising rounds. Add the new void melee and you can have the overshield damage buff, devour and destabilising rounds even when Turncoat is harming you. I want to get the Root of Nightmares 4 piece armour that gives damage resist with Devour. Until then I’ll be running the new pinnacle ops armour that gives more void breaches and explosions when you pick them up.

I just got prismatic and am having fun with ascension and wormhusk. A couple other things make the build but it is a very fun ability spam.

Lot of nice perks from the season of the deep artifact that play well with breaches and void as well.
