The new Competitive armor set not dropping?
To be specific I have not seen the Arcite’s Keepsakes (Per Audacia) drop at all after many matches in competitive crucible.

unnaturally low drop rates. played atleast 40 or 50 games and only got 3 out 5 pieces on 1 character

The drop rate is way too low. On the upside, you can focus them once they're unlocked. On the downside, you accumulate Crucible Engrams very slowly.
