Hello, I recently received an iridescent engram and I am unable to decrypt it. I recently obtained it from what I believe the orders from the Seasonal Hub. I can't go to Rahool due to it being considered an ever verse engram, but I am unable to decrypt it through both Tess and the Store tab. Once im in the store tab, attempting to scroll down has been very buggy and often won't let me browse or simply shift over to the Bright Engrams section. Once i do eventually get into the Bright Engrams section I still can't decrypt it due to the Engram (from what I presume) having a different name than an an Eververse Engram. I hope this gets some attention for those also having some troubles with this and would love to see a resolution or at least a transformation to turn it into an Eververse Engram if plausible. Thanks
