Digi-Teal shader replaced by New Old City

PLATFORM: Steam SYSTEM INFO: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) GPU Driver Version: 32.0.15.9636 OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200 Build 26200 ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): AT&T (10/50) / Wireless DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/s8eymSjc ISSUE: When equipping the shader Digi-Teal (Usually a flat, teal/white/pink shader) the shader instead shows as New Old City (Usually an ornate, red/white/gold shader) visually, even though I do not own that shader. REPRO STEPS: Equip Digi-Teal etc. ACTUAL RESULT: Digi-Teal shader visually appears as if it were the New Old City shader. EXPECTED RESULT: Digi-Teal shader to appear as a flat, teal/white/pink shader as it did in the game version prior. LINKS: https://ibb.co/RTVS626b NOTES: My image includes photos of a loadout I had before the game was updated using the Digi-Teal shader. The first screenshot is in an older game version when Digi-Teal was working properly and the proceeding two were taken as of the most recent version of the game where the bug occurs with the same cosmetics and shader equipment arrangements. The last image is of the New Old City shader in preview over my loadout for comparison.
