Hello fellow guardian(s). I purchased multiple shader packs with silver today, one of them being a new one called “Cut And Drape Shader Pack”. I received all the shaders in it besides the main one I was buying the pack for, called “Automata”. The shader appears in my flair collections, as well as my “Recently Discovered” tab. I’ve looked in every application tab being armor, weapons, and appearance customization. I know it’s easy to not see one since there’s many shaders, but after scrolling through my shaders trying to apply Automata, I checked EVERY page shader by shader to make sure I wasn’t just not seeing it. I can assure it is not there, but appears in the non application tabs. I have photos, as well as a video of my shaders in my application tabs. Can you guys please apply the shader to my account, or can I please get a refund? Thank you!
