Mantle is not functioning as intended. The weapon buff is not being applied on kill consistently. The only way I've figured out to replicate it is getting a super after casting it but before the weapons buff runs out (not the harmonic weapons, the actual buff being applied). Also harmonic weapons has a different timer than the actual weapon buff being applied, unsure if that one is intended though.
