I submitted an appeal ticket back in February, and it's categorized as high priority. But after around 4 months it still appears to be open. I understand that tickets can only be reviewed through the official appeal process, and I am not asking for the forum to overturn the decision.
I just wanted to ask whether a ticket remaining open for this long means it is still under review, or if there is anything I should do on my end. I do not want to spam the appeal form or submit duplicate tickets if that would make things worse.
Any clarification on the process would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have heard that tickets always remain open as a way to keep people from spamming. If you are talking about an appeal for a ban, there is no action you can take. The process is to submit the appeal and wait for an answer. Not getting an answer, after 4-6 weeks means the answer is No. There is no one to reach out to. There is no public email or customer service number.
