Season Pass entitlement missing after enabling Cross Save — purchased and first accessed on Steam

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a missing Triumphant Pass entitlement after enabling Cross Save. On June 11, 2026, I purchased the full set of Destiny 2 DLCs together with the Triumphant Pass on Steam. After completing the purchase, I briefly launched the game on Steam to confirm that the purchased content had been successfully added to my account. At that time, both the DLC content and the Triumphant Pass appeared to be available. Later that same day, after confirming the purchase, I went to the Bungie website and enabled Cross Save. I selected the characters from my Epic Games account as my active character set across all linked platforms, since these are the characters I have played for a long time and would like to continue using. However, when I logged back into Destiny 2 through Steam after enabling Cross Save, the Triumphant Pass was no longer available on my active characters. My Steam DLC entitlements are still available and can be accessed normally. Only the Triumphant Pass is missing from my currently active Cross Save characters. It appears that the Triumphant Pass entitlement may have been applied to the Steam character set during my brief initial login, before I enabled Cross Save. I only logged in at that time to confirm that my Steam purchase had been delivered successfully, and I did not understand that doing so might permanently associate the pass with that character set. Could a support team member please review my account and confirm where the Triumphant Pass entitlement was applied? If it was assigned to the inactive Steam character set during that initial login, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring the entitlement to my currently active Cross Save character set. I understand that passes and Cross Save are subject to specific account-entitlement policies. However, because this occurred unintentionally while I was only verifying my Steam purchase, I would greatly appreciate an account-specific review to determine whether the missing entitlement can be restored.
