I got the wrong emblem
I recently got the pride pin but it gave me the secret weapon emblem instead of the infinite prismatic emblem

Infinite Prismatic will either be in the box or emailed separately, as you've said you got the pin - if it wasn't in the box check your emails (going back to the date you purchased it) to look for it.
