Transmat effects were converted into permanent unlocks, similar to shaders, so once owned they are supposed to stay available through the ship transmat system rather than disappear permanently from use. The conversion work also explicitly covered Season 1 transmat collections data, which is where older effects like these would be expected to live. There is already precedent for older transmats breaking after that conversion. Bungie previously tracked a live issue where a legacy transmat effect stopped appearing in the transmat screen and Collections/ship flow after the transmat update, even for players who had previously qualified for it. So if Void and Amethyst Rabbit were previously usable on your account and now no longer appear in your transmat options or Collections, that looks much more like a missing-unlock or visibility bug. We are currently looking into these situations.
