It's basically the title. Every time I load the game it crashes within 30 minutes and gives me the "Broccoli" code. It's supposedly a graphics related issue, which makes no sense. I've tried lowering my settings and at best it delays the inevitable. I've not even loaded into a mission because of it, I know I'll crash halfway through. Most of my time is spent in orbit, but I've been to the tower a couple times as well. I've played D2 before on my PC with higher settings and I never had issues with it crashing before. The only thing that's changed about my setup is I have a nicer main monitor, my old one is a secondary monitor now. So far I've tried:
- Lowering my settings (as previously mentioned)
- Verifying the games files through Steam
- Checking my driver and OS for updates (they're both good)
- Checking my Ram (15.8 free/usable out of 16)
- Checking my storage (322 free out of 930)
So I'm open to suggestions. I'd like to avoid a full reinstall if possible but I suppose it isn't always. I've missed playing and it sucks that, now that my interest is back at full, I can't.

1 ReplyHi there, Error code: BROCCOLI signifies a problem with the detection of the player’s GPU, often due to a driver crash. To try and resolve this issue, players are advised to keep their Operating System and Graphic Drivers updated to the most recent version. If you haven't already, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. You may want to try the following steps as well:
1. Enable "Game Mode" in Windows 10 or, if you already have "Game Mode" enabled, try disabling it. 2. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use. 3. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps. 4. If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, see if the card stabilizes using NVIDIA's temporary debug mode. 5. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
