I understand this is a minor complaint, but I checked my availability for the Old Lights emblem and I was shocked to find out I was not qualified. I have played every year since D1Y1 and I figured I would have it.. I was bummed to find out I played D2Y1 on my Xbox account and then I switched to PC once Forsaken came out which disqualified me from the emblem. Is there any way to link that account now or is there another way I can get the emblem somehow? This game has been my life and I was excited to rock the old lights emblem around but now Im pretty upset that I can't get it. Any help is appreciated!

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. From what Bungie has said, Old Lights eligibility is based on your Bungie ID and the accounts linked to a single Bungie.net profile across platforms. If your D2 history was split between separate profiles/accounts and those weren’t all tied together under one Bungie.net profile for the eligibility check, that can affect whether the emblem shows as available. Unfortunately, Bungie also can’t manually merge Destiny accounts or Bungie.net profiles, and they’ve said they aren’t able to investigate edge cases one by one for this emblem grant. Your best bet right now is: Sign in with the Xbox account you used during D2 Year 1 and check the Old Lights Eligibility Checker. Keep an eye on the official Destiny 2 Team comms, since the emblem has been distributed in waves. I know that’s probably not the answer you were hoping for, but if your accounts were already connected correctly and you still seem to be missing it, I’d keep watching the official updates in case you’re included in a later wave.
