Vesper of Radius shockwaves no longer blind
Was running the gm strike when I noticed I couldn't stun an unstoppable, then realized nothing was being blinded.
Yes, I am on an arc super, was on stormcaller. Tried it on prismatic stormtrance too, and with spirit of vesper as well. Put on different artifacts just in case, different weapons, different armor (in case of sage protector stealth nerf idk), but it won't blind.
Ionic sentry and flash grenade blind fine, though. Vesper essentially functions as if I don't have an arc super on now.

I updated 2 Arc Super Vesper of Radius builds after the patch from last week and saved 2 Arc Super Vesper of Radius load outs. At that time it appeared that the previous issue was fixed. When I tried to replace the energy weapons from my saved load outs with something else, the Unstoppable feature icon greyed out.
