Exotic weapon in archive is said to be in storage when it's not
Hello,
I cannot find how to add images to this topic but i'll try to explain what the issue is.
Im wanted to try to use the exotic weapon "Lumina", when i went into my storage at the tower, i couldn't find it anywhere, but when im going into the exotic archive where i shoud then be able to restore it, it says it shoud be in my storage and has already been bought on this account, im not sure about what im supposed to do next.
I recently went back to this game after a while so im a little bit lost, if there is another "place/storage" where it could be, im sorry for opening this report.

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. If Lumina is showing as already acquired in the Monument to Lost Lights, that usually means it has already been unlocked on your account. Weapons from the Monument can only be acquired there once, and additional copies are meant to be pulled from Collections instead. Please try the following: [quote]Check your Collections for Lumina and try reacquiring it from there Check your other characters in case the weapon is currently equipped on one of them Check your Vault in the Tower as well[/quote] If Lumina appears in Collections but you still can’t reacquire it, please let us know what happens when you try.

Lumina is a legacy Exotic tied to older content, and weapons like this are associated with the Exotic Archive in the Tower for acquisition if they have not already been unlocked on the account. If the game is already showing Lumina as purchased on your account, you should not need to acquire it again from the Archive. In that case, the next places to check would be your other characters, your Vault, or Collections. If you're still having issues, please let us know.
