Locked out of Oblation: Immolation
I've now completed Oblation: Soulfed multiple times and the mission ends automatically when the chest opens. There is no prompt to end the mission like there was in Oblation: Bloodline so I am unable to continue the questline. I already have the Soulfire Rancor trait and there doesn't seem to be any way to progress at this point.
Is this a known bug? I can guarantee it is not due to a direct action on my end as I don't see any prompt to end the mission, nor am I inputting any actions at all when waiting at the end to be safe. I just want to continue the quest and unlock the additional traits in the 3rd step

There's no indication whatsoever that there's a third layer to the mission (Immolation) because there's no visual cue to let you know that the weapon hungers when it's near a book (like it does in the first mission, Bloodline). It's really silly and I ended up having to watch a guide to see what I was missing. There should be a visual cue line on screen in that area to let you know that there's more to it. Anytime the weapon is near a book, there's a visual line on screen to at least alert you. In Soulfed, there's nothing around that soulfire obstacle to let you know that there's a door switch below.

had some trouble with this when I was running it earlier. turns out we just forgot to flick the switch to open the door, right under the parkour section where the soulfire beams shoot out from below. Once we did that the door opened fine, we got the book, and we were able to progress

10 RepliesYou have to get the secret tomes in the mission. Theres a switch underneath one of the soulfire obstacle courses and you have to get the tome after dropping down. Also note, you can change the mission to Oblation: Soulfed aka the second one by clicking customize on the first.

I'm having exactly the same problem. The mission end timer comes up once I've opened the chest and then it sends me to orbit. I've got the Rancor trait and it still shows as a possible reward when I select Soulfed from the menu.
