I don't see the The Platinum Starling as an offer?
Will this be available in future or for bright dust at some point?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. At the moment, it's not sure when it may appear again or whether it will be offered for Bright Dust. Eververse now rotates items through daily offer pools rather than keeping every eligible item visible at all times, so availability can change over time.
