Catalyst Issues (Doesn't Show Up) "Edge of Intent" & Wavesplitter"

Last night, when logging in for the update, I received the Wavesplitter Catalyst and claimed it. When I went to the weapon, it wasn't there. As for the "Edge of Intent" Exotic Glaive from Witch Queen, when I tried slotting the Catalyst in, it says "Requires Purchase". I have owned Witch Queen since Pre-Order was available.

Therefore, we have a few questions: 1) Have you completed the catalyst objective of defeating enemies with Wavesplitter? 2) Could you inspect Wavesplitter and provide some screenshots or a brief video of you doing so? 3) Could you also check your exotic catalysts, find the one for Wavesplitter, and provide some screenshots or a brief video demonstrating what's shown there?
