Multiple crafted weapons can't have their tiers upgraded
The following crafted weapons show the tier 1 upgrade button but after it is pressed and the upgraded pop up has appeared the weapon doesn't actually upgrade.
Those found so far:
Different Times - pulse rifle
Until Its Return - shotgun
A Distant Pull - sniper rifle
Rapacious Appetite - smg
Thin Precupice - sword
The Eremite - fusion rifle

Maybe you probably saw my reddit post, more people have chimed in to confirm the same issue. Its very weird that it includes The Eremite and NOT the Targeted Redaction, but nothing about it makes sense really. -
2 RepliesCan confirm for the Season of the Deep weapons, I haven't checked Eremite because it's low progress. Seems odd that these are mostly from the same season.
