Game crashes after pressing enter from main menu. Seems to be only on this account (worked on fresh EGS account)
Build: 244019.26.05.29.1640.v500_rc.main
Date started: June 9, 2026 (Game worked yesterday)
Description: today, my game crashes every time I press Enter on the title screen. The crash happens consistently at the bootflow:enumerate_content_rights
Two fields are consistently uninitialized across all crash logs:
pc_platform_ui: unknown
signon_server_reported_content_version: uninitialized
Key isolation test: The game launches and gets past the title screen normally on a separate fresh EGS account on the same machine.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch Destiny 2 via Epic Games Store on my account
Wait for title screen to load
Press Enter to connect
Game crashes right after no Error code
Things already attempted:
Full EGS sign out and sign back in
EGS file verification
Clearing EGS web cache
Deleting local cvars.xml config
Reboot
Admin launch
Install on another drive
All stuff up to date.
No Issues with Exclusions of Firewall

5 RepliesHi there, Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this and are currently investigating. In the meantime, please try fully uninstalling and re-installing the game on your main drive to see if this helps.

I think I'm experiencing the same issue as you, i click enter on the title screen and right before I get to the character selction it crashes at exactly the same point. Its been happening for me ever since I bought the Marathon bundle from eververse but have since deleted everything off my character, so that cant be the issue
