Hello! I regret that I have to be making a forum post about this, but it seems the new update consumed my quest to achieve the Outbreak Perfected catalysts. They are not in my quest inventory. I was on the step where I had to run the Zero Hour mission again. I hope that someone can assist or has also had anything odd like that happen.
