It should go without saying that hateful speech isn't "allowed" here, and the people that say it do get banned. But you have to keep in mind that there aren't many of us Ninjas and we're volunteers doing this in our own time. We can't be everywhere looking at every thread all the time to catch these things. If someone is being disrespectful, click "report" on the post itself (not the user's profile), and it'll be sent to our report queue for review. We get hundreds of reports daily, so it can take time to get through them.
