Maybe it’s for the best that Destiny is over. I loved the game very much. But why should Bungie make D3? Players do not do what the objectives asks, like capture zones. And Bungie severely nerfs the game so that it can be “balance”. The game is so imbalanced that is just maddening.

Don't know what D3 has to do with blueberries capturing Control Zones.

3 RepliesUnfortunately this game has issues. Partly Bungie, partly Sony, partly the economy, partly the player base which fails to be inclusive of others.

1 Replyits not over. the game has more active players than marathon even when its free and thats only steam. i would still play destiny 1 if it would be 60fps.

14 RepliesIf it helps save Bungie, killing off Destiny 2 is definitely the right play. The playerbase has largely moved on, while the game itself continues it's trajectory down the toilet. I suspect if D3 had been announced, nobody would've been upset about seeing D2 euthanized.

Agreed. I force myself to play Control every day and every day the game hates me. It's over.... -
It feels ok with it all potentially being over and done. I haven’t played in a while and I’m ok with that. Kinda thinking I shouldn’t come back for June 9th. Feels like when you know a relationship is over, but the other person wants one more date. Nah let’s just move on.

3 RepliesIt feels a bit weird. I know it's just a game, but to go out like this? After all that delay, they probably knew already. And used that delay to give us what we are getting on June 9th. I tried to get back into Destiny, but I just dont feel that NEED to be on like I used to. Maybe now I can play a bit more relaxed and at my leisure since there won't be FoMo. But I do hope in my lifetime, I could see a D3 and get to enjoy it, and see what they can cook. But as of now, even with all the update we getting I really am not excited

9 Replies72 million unique accounts have played D2. If even half of those people were to buy D3, you know how much money that would be?
