I am unable to claim my Chronologs from my previous season pass Ash & Iron, rank 110. On the website page from the Destiny 2 dropdown list in the Reward Pass Progress, I keep receiving the error message "You have already claimed this item. (1683)" despite the pass showing with a reflection and missing checkmark that they are all unclaimed. I was able to claim every other items such as Strange Coins, Exotic Ciphers, Ascendant Shards, armor pieces, armor universal ornaments and weapons. I would like to be able to claim my 1500 Chronologs if possible. Thank you.
