Destiny 2 fails to launch

Hi guys, Over the past few days whenever I tried to open Destiny 2, it says "Starting Battleye Service... Updating... Update failed (12, 2), Please check your internet connection and/or firewall. Launching game..." followed by "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may nt have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I've already tried different solutions to try and fix it like unchecking run as admin, uninstalled and reinstalled Battleye, added Battleye and Destiny 2 into my firewall exclusions, turned off real-time potection, installing Destiny 2 on Epic Games instead of Steam, clearing Steam cache, changing my dns etc, but nothing seems to be working. Haven't played this game in 2 years and i want to play with my friends again, please help.
