Stormcaller should have Blink
Stormtrance and Lightning Surge already show ArcLock’s ability to Blink with Arc, and it should be a jump option to reflect that better.

Stormtrance used to have a blink back in the day, and warlocks taught hunters to blink. Makes sense.
