-
1 ReplyAlso where were those players when player base dropped ? Half of them are fans of some youtuber signing that Plus feels good watching trash youtubers like aztecross crying about d3 while he was blaming bungie for everything and than acting like nothing happened
-
1 ReplyEdited by sweetandlovely: 6/5/2026 2:33:23 PMI can't wait for D3 to come out.
-
3 RepliesI would like to see a D3 but not from this developer
-
1 ReplyKinda wish this petition was more of a poll. 300k signatures dont mean crap if there aint 300k ppl playing. Wish there was a box where ppl could check off either : (a) I'm a current player who wants D3 (b) I'm a current player who doesnt want D3 (c) I quit Destiny but would come back for D3 (d) I quit Destiny & will never go back... I'd also like to add an option for *I've been playing since D1 & would only want a D3 if its an entirely new dev team of gamer bros who are actually passionate about shooter games.

2 RepliesWe will not get a destiny 3, sony are only good at shutting studios that either lose money or they get bored with, it will be sony pushing for d2 to be finished with. bungie have no say in the matter now sony completely own them.
-
7 RepliesNew petition idea for Bungie to stop being so vague with their tweets. Especially DMG.
-
Should need bungie ID. Its flawed due to so many people have not even play destiny.
-
I signed it. The chances bungie as a studio survive is low. The only way Sony makes a D3 is if it’s not made by bungie in Seattle. Bungie making a game is overpriced. They operate in a very expensive city and have great perks. So D3 would cost $500 million to make. Add in advertising and support you are looking at $700 million. They would need to sell 10 million copies to break even. Compare to ghost of Tsushima sold 5 million copies in 4 months for let’s say $350 million as some bought the collectors edition. The game cost $60 million to make. The game sold 13 million copies and hit over 500 million in sales so a massive profit with $60 million to make and another 20 million advertising. If we get a D3 it would be made by a studio that won’t spend $500 million to make it.

7 RepliesEdited by TripleF73: 6/2/2026 12:23:32 PMI have already signed it and so have many of my friends. I don’t think that the Doomsayers on here realise that those of us pushing this petition and signing it already know that this has a slim, to no chance of working. Those that don’t want a D3 or even more Destiny, I’ve no idea why you miserable -blam!--ers are even still here. I don’t care what any of you think about “It’s a waste of time!”, or “It won’t work!l. I’m not going to allow my second favourite game franchise after MarioKart, to die without comment. This is what it’s about. We love this game and franchise and we won’t let it fade away without a loud reaction. We love it despite the monumental -blam!- ups, the poorly designed systems, the deliberate lies and gaslighting from the upper management and their paid lackeys in the company. If you don’t care, great, then don’t sign the petition. If you do care, want more Destiny or just want to show appreciation and support for the devs that designed this game, then sign it. I’m probably going to be railing against nonsensical nerfs in a few days when they release the sandbox patch, but I still love the game. And one last thing :- "If you're falling off a cliff, you might as well try to fly. You have nothing to lose." We have nothing to lose and are trying to fly, so stop getting in our way.

I signed the petition, because it only took a second, but a snowball's chance in hell comes to mind. ... Luckily I have no hopes of D3. Carry on......
-
3 RepliesGood luck with it You'll need over a mill or 1.5 mill before they even take it seriously
-
3 RepliesEdited by JocyBossy: 6/3/2026 12:01:32 AMNo, as petitions do nothing. There are some out there with millions of signers that did absolutely nothing. FYI, you people do know if/when Sony does greenlight a D3, they are going to put there on personal in charge at bungie.
-
4 RepliesNope don't want D3 live service is tiresome to keep up with would much rather have destiny single player games that actually have an end. Plus the petition won't work Sony don't care they are already looking forward
-
3 RepliesUnfortunately petitions are pretty much useless and dont actually accomplish anything. Unless all 300,000+ people are willing to help fund D3 then its not going to do much.
-
16 Repliesnot gonna happen, sony lost 700 million plus marathon underperformed.. there's no universe in whidh that adds up to another sequel. nor will online tantrums there are simply miore important problems to solve. world hunger first
-
3 Replies🤣🤣🤣 You guys really trust BUNGIE that much..
-
2 RepliesSorry but I signed it if d3 does happen not playing it or any online games until all controller cheats are fully banable because one of my friends started using it and paid sm to fake that he needed it ect the gaming community in general is f up
-
8 RepliesIf bungie or Sony don’t, I’m sure another developer would be interested
-
Already did at the start. I think it's a strong signal, something worthwhile. One should just keep his expectations in check.
-
Signed 😋👍❤️
-
I signed it but I’m not hopeful it’ll change anything unless it gets over a million signatures. Fingers crossed.
-
Only like 650k more until someone at Sony considers looking at it.
-
1 ReplyHow much more could the horse endure?

To those who continue to support Destiny, I applaud your fortitude. I’ve played Destiny since week 1, but last played 6 months ago. It’s such a shame that Bungie mismanaged a game with so much potential for so long that it eventually imploded. IMO, at this point, all a petition is going to do is to show that there is interest. I haven’t signed it and won’t. Not because I’m not interested, but because 1) it’s not going to happen (and shouldn’t happen) anytime soon, and 2) I have lost all faith and respect for the studio - any maybe Sony to some extent. I don’t want them to develop it at this point. Starting it too soon would only mean more of the same once it’s ready to ship - nobody wants that. Two failed games - they haven’t’ learned anything and can’t get out of their own way. This is a situation where only a complete reboot is going to potentially solve it - entirely new team & new vision built around what motivates players to engage where they want to keep coming back to enjoy a game without a bunch of BS. They don’t know how to do that. That’s fine - I feel I got a high entertainment value per $ spent over the years.

Lotta people are lonely and can only spread their toxicity through this game and Bungie is the cheating ex you never want back. Perfect combo.
