I am unable to access Marathon after purchasing the game on Steam.
Every login attempt results in a “tapir” error, preventing connection to the game servers and making the game completely inaccessible.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting the game, checking my connection, and reinstalling, but the issue still persists.
Could you please clarify:
* what exactly causes the “tapir” error in my case;
* whether this issue is related to regional restrictions or account access limitations;
* and whether there is any way for me to gain access to the game.
At the moment I am completely unable to use the product I purchased.
I can also provide screenshots and video recordings demonstrating the issue if needed.
