tried to play crossplay on PC, all characters are gone.
Hi everyone, I just downloaded d2 on my pc and every other time i played on ps5. It asked me to setup crossplay so I went to the site and proceeded as instructed. Then, when i returned to d2 none of my characters had saved and im wondering if anyone could help?? thanks.

Hey there, Thank you for reaching us about your issue. We can confirm that you set up your PlayStation character as primary shouldn't have any issue playing on steam.
