Hey there, the forum is unable to assist with ban appeals but I can provide some info, Bungie will only respond if they intend to overturn the ban or require further information. The guidance Bungie gives is that if 4-6 weeks pass without either happening, then the ban was considered valid, and upheld. Note that the ticket status may not change, they are being left open to catch repeat appeals which are not allowed. In addition, Bungie's standpoint is that we are responsible for our own account security, and also ban by account not by user. That means that even proof that it was not you, may not be considered a valid appeal reason - whoever did do it, had access to either your PSN or Steam login and password, and if you had 2FA, were able to authenticate that too.
