We have it. The red subclass alas. It is the eclipse energy. It is the distortions. A subclass is paracausality manifested, eclipse energy is a paracausal energy manifested. We’ve seen it’s abilities, an enhancer or strength and health, a bane of light. This energy is a subclass, just not for us. Eclipse= distortions Nightfall was a failure, to use so much dark matter for such eclipse energy is too costly, and an easy target, disrupt-able. The distortions are the spread version of eclipse. We saw the effects it has on Lume, enhancing his strength and health, the distortions effect enemies the same way, and emits a similar red glow. Thus: distortions are just the eclipse energy being spread on purpose, or the imperium messed up and unleashed it by mistake to the random inhabitants of Sol. I shall say again, it IS a subclass, but not for guardian kind. To harness it ourselves is suicide, for the first-born it is a tool.
