Best time? Between 19:00 - 23:00 UK time or peak US evening hours. That's when you'll find the most English-speaking players online. You'll want to join an LFG community... Discord is your best bet. Look for a clan Discord or a dedicated raiding server. That way you can organise runs ahead of time and make sure you have at least one Sherpa (someone who knows the raid inside out) to guide the group. If that's too much effort, the in-game Fireteam Finder can work... especially during those peak hours. But make sure you have a mic, or at least someone in the team does. Raids live and die on communication. And don't be afraid to kick people -blam!- to listen or have voice chat muted. Nothing worse than someone throwing because they can't hear callouts.
