High Albedo As A Rocket Sidearm : /
🤦 I know the weapons sandbox insight comes out tomorrow, and we might see massive buffs to rocket sidearms or something (doubtful), but considering that there were only like 3 Adaptive Burst sidearms in the game, this would have been a perfect opportunity to spice up the archetype with the first primary burst sidearm that has Tremors
I really hope that there's at least 1 new burst sidearm, because it's sort of seeming like sidearms and the primary archetype in general has been abandoned entirely, and like they aren't even willing to revive it at the end of the game's life.

4 RepliesI'm wondering if you were to keep an old version would it retroactively turn into the rocket sidearm variant. I'd say if you prefer the older version grab a copy prior to the update if your prefer the burst version.

1 ReplyAt least liminal vigil is about to go nuts. Also did you forget about empirical evidence? It may count as a destination weapon and get even scarier… at least ik in pvp that thing is absolutely horrifying to see someone have on it makes me terrified personally

They have: * Slowest TTK of sidearms at 0.73s (or require a huge weapon stat investment of 169 or 170 to 2 burst in 0.5s) * Awful range, lowest among all sidearm archetypes * Not a lot of new options to choose from I really wish adaptive burst sidearms were better. They used to be so fun.

1 ReplyI like some of the Europa weapons. Arctic haze, Hailing confusion and Biting winds. The only issues with these weapons really are their perks. They got nothing on them. Instead of being lazy and changing an already existing gun, they should just make a new one. Classic lazy Bungie.

2 RepliesIf I were to guess, we may be getting Last of the Legion (the Spire of Stars sidearm) as part of pantheon. If that's the case, it's also a 3 burst kinetic so making 2 of them may not make sense maybe? Either way, I'm also a little sad to see high albedo get changed like that.
