Appeal for HWID Ban - Passionate player blocked by mistake
Dear Bungie Support Team,
I am contacting you because my computer has received a hardware ban (HWID ban) by mistake. My account was compromised in the past, and a hacker cheated without my knowledge.
I love Destiny 2, it is my favorite game. To prove my good faith, I am now using a completely clean account (Sony ID: bleudoudou14490#5775 / Steam: raphaelsony) and I have repurchased all the expansions and DLCs on it. I just want to be able to play normally on my PC again with this clean account.
Please check the login history to see my good faith. I have never cheated in my life and I spent money on the game again just to be able to keep playing.
moreover i am unable to create a ticket one bungie.help.
Thank you in advance for your help, I really can't wait to get back into the game.

If you incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction?_ga=2.188461352.1899742874.1733155105-1420294048.1731346808]Contact Form[/url]. If you continue to experience issues opening at ticket, then you may wish to ensure you haven't disabled cookies and/or having tracking disabled. If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.

Do you realize that creating another account to play on after your account got banned is: 1. Considered evasion? 2. Against the rules? 3. Can lead to 2nd account getting banned simply for being created?

Bungie rarely issues hardware bans, I think in several years of being on forums you would be the 2nd I have seen.
