Vigilance’s and Black Talon are absolute monsters in PvP.

Osteo Striga has had most of the former nerfs reverted and imo has only gotten slowly better with time due to origin traits like tech sec. Final Warning can also be really obnoxious in the right hands in PvP on solar warlock in particular. Get ready to change your mind on Touch of Malice since the catalyst is now being swapped from Rapid Hit to Precision Instrument, the final rounds do 10% more damage, the special reload for the blight occur can occur faster based on reload speed effects and it receives bonus stability/handling based on number of stacks of charged blight in addition to another 10% damage buff for all exotic primaries vs minors (30% to now 40%). Collective Obligation being on there isn't fair imo with how good it can be on Void Gyrfalcon Hunter or even void warlock. It likely is about to receive a catalyst in Repulsor Brace or something this June 9th. Swap it for Borealis and I could agree on the energy weapons choices. Truth is then great in PvP as well and check out the buff it's still soon receiving. I would have listed Deterministic Chaos before this choice or even Deathbringer.
