Cross save help
I have been trying to authenticate my steam account so I can have my guardians from my Xbox on PC but its not letting me. It keeps telling me its wrong when its the same steam account but the name is different. I haven't changed anything and the name of my steam wasnt ever the name that it says from what I remember. please help.

5 RepliesHey there, log out of Bungie.net and log in with your Steam credentials. If it logs you back into this same Bungie Account, then Steam will be auto-authenticated on the cross-save setup page. However if it logs you into a different Bungie Account, or asks you to make a new Bungie Account/link an existing one, it means the Steam account you logged in with is not the one linked to the account you are posting on now. That would also be why the authentication keeps failing.
