Hi I've had this issue ever since I linked my steam account to my bungie account for cross-save. My main Destiny account is my playstation account which is linked and is the active Destiny account, my 2 playstation characters are what appears on the cross-save page. Now the problem is that whenever I boot up the steam version of Destiny 2, my cross saved account isnt what appears but instead a fresh account that I think I had made prior to linking my steam account to bungie. I know this is the correct steam account linked to my bungie account because it has the same name as the steam account listed on my cross save page and it also has the same 4 numbers associated with my bungie id( the ones following the #). This is just a bummer and im not sure what to do to fix it. I even just bought the dlcs for steam yesterday via a key site to replay the game but I had already made progress on my playstation account with some of them and dont want to start over and waiting 3 months just to redo the cross save is just too long.. The dlcs also showed up on bungie net too not too long after I bought them which is further proof that the accounts are linked. Can support help me out here? I've uploaded some photos to the following imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/5zgzZil

6 RepliesHello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Cross Save feature. Reviewing your account, it appears as though the Cross Save was only set up between some of your accounts, and your Steam account seems to have been omitted. Sadly, we can only recommend that you unlink the account, wait for the mandatory cooldown period, and attempt the Cross Save a second time. We've included a link to our Cross Save Guide to provide some more information about the feature.
