There WAS a great studio called Bungie. No longer. Through greedy decisions and no thought to the aftermath of their decisions which I’m not childish but wish I could be Destiny which is and probably the first successful game of its type will end. Bad decisions? Most definitely! Greed?!?!? YES!!! Was it anything else? Ask those who worked tirelessly and had to put up with the constant pressure of making a game? They literally slaved to please us and some who didn’t understand that the decisions made were not on them know now who ended this great game. To those future out of work former employees of Bungie I only hope that you find employment where they actually value your time and energy because Bungie definitely did not. Sony on the word of a now very rich man with the initials P.P. Who intentionally sold the company as a “live service company” lied through his backside so much he’s pretty much hiding in his basement hoping that his previous car collection doesn’t happen to have an “accident”. Which I in no way condemn because though he’s a definite lying snake…. Oh bet there was before him right? You’d miss him if he wasn’t the nail that put final nail because he did it from the start right? Another now rich person who maybe at least tried and “tried” I use loosely because he was only trying to pad his pockets L.S. Objectively I get it. You’re in it to sell a product and sell it as far as possible while lying about what you’re selling. Basically Bungie went from selling a premium Lexus to a used car salesman pawning Toyotas. We ALL got scammed into the whole “we are about the gaming community” “ we actually care”. But it’s not about those who worked tirelessly to please the masses but those who lied to our faces and smiled about what we are going to get. One who had absolute knowledge who did absolutely nothing who is by initials DMG lied for over two years knowing full well what was going to happen. Let that sink in. He knew and I get it he took the money of being silent over what was right. I get money. I get business but when you build a legacy and let it end like this? I mean they did sellout HALO while the original creator basically couldn’t handle his creation go that direction and stop making any kind of contact. I hate to say this but at least COD doesn’t go out like that. Sony if they EVER try to resurrect Destiny will have tough luck especially if they try the “ from the creators of” crap because all the community will remember are hollow promises, jobs lost and a really bad person with what he dreams of as a “cool car collection” which I really hope no one and I mean NO ONE which I don’t condone touches because that would be horrible. In this game of games we were screwed. Greed wins while one of the most FPS games dies. Hey at least it’s not Concord right? Sony gets it.
