To the devs who will be laid off
You're good enough. Pick a competent leader among your ranks, make like a 50- or 100-person team, and go make the same thing you were already making but with a clear central vision and story. You can do it, there's an existing audience for it that has no active alternative, and it would be pretty kickass to show just how incompetent the old bungie leadership was.
