Might as well make all exotic weapons/armor available through the kiosk at this point. There's really no point in gatekeeping armor and/or weapons that people weren't able to obtain. Yes, I am a casual who couldnt be bothered to do the newer raids but having a few new toys to play with for whatever time is left would be a nice parting gift. Please and thank you.
