You serious? I logged in like last year everything was there. Besides messages telling me my Primary weapon is gone and my Heavy is about to be sunset that is. No email. No nothing. Just deleted? Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! If it's no trouble, could you let us know which platform you used to access the game? As EckyThump mentioned, you seem to have three characters on Steam, but Cross Save isn't enabled and your Xbox and PSN profiles don't appear to have any characters on them.
