So, the journey has been a blast (literally), so many great memories of this game. From the six guardians on a ledge (like that famous photo of the chaps on the New York skyline, building and having their lunch); getting Vex Mythoclast when I was guardian down, and my bros in the fireteam finished the boss only to be Vex-less at the end of the run; blowing up 3 guardians in trials with a rocket launcher when they just wanted to emote after giving up; always being asked, hey Rayzor, “why do you keep falling” on those pesky jump sections on raids that go on till the early hours with wonderful people from all over the world; playing the trombone emote at Lord S’s station within hours of the passing of a legend (too soon my bros said, but very funny and I’m sure our hero would have seen the funny side). What can I say, I will miss this game, having loved it since D1 on day 1, being treated to a musical score that actually evokes feeling, and Peter Dinklages voiceover was a treat. Let’s hope those new games being incubated can live up to this experience - take care guardians, see you star side x
