Re-reaching out to see if there is any update on fixing shattering blade before the game is no longer updated
For about 2-3 years now ever since heavy frame swords would hit through walls patch, the perk shattering blade that is supposed to be a 67% damage buff does a 0% damage buff, also I recently noticed that en garde also does not properly do the 30% damage buff. I know it’s very limited usage cause those perks aren’t popular but it would be nice to fix before the game is no longer updated.

If these issues you're describing with Shattering Blade and En Garde persist, could you please capture some brief footage that shows the issues occurring? If possible, please split said footage into two separate videos, one for each issue. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the links here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
