I would actually like that. It ain't cause I can't be bothered, for me it's my mental state and social anxiety. The compromise would be. In the raids U would get a tier 5 exotic weapon. From kiosk it be a tier 2 or 3.

Yes. I’ve bought every expansion over the years, right from D1 launch, some twice when I switched to Xbox then back to PS4/5.

Destiny 1 does not do this. Destiny 2 shouldn't either. No need to make an excuse of being a casual, that you could not earn an exotic. The game itself may not be getting anymore major content updates after June 9th but will continue on just as D1 is. Players who still enjoy the game will continue playing and opportunities to go after these things will still be there. The only gatekeeping taking place is upon yourself for not taking the initiative to go and do the content. There are many helpful guardians out there that do not mind doing the content and helping others through for a chance to earn it based on individual RNG. Hopefully you find the time to go an run the content, learn it, master it and can obtain the things you are trying to get.

And all raid and dungeon weapons and armour sets.
