Assassin Cowl Drop Rate
I saw one post about it on reddit but its been happening to me too, Assassin Cowl has been dropping an ungodly amount of times from the keycard chests in the renegade missions, any idea if theres a fix or this is an actual bug or am I just really really unlucky.
