Destiny 3 will kill the franchise.
Seriously people. I don't know which Youtuber or Streamer started this parade train, but it needs to be stopped. Think for yourself.
What makes you think that the same company that is and has been ignoring and making the game worse for years. What makes you think that the same thing won't happen with D3 ?
If they don't care about their current Gold mine, why then would they about the one next to it ?
The same issues that is plaguing this game will also be what ruins D3.
The issue here isn't the game, but the company. Bungie doesn't want to make money, nor do they want to make good games.
Open your eyes guys, stop being so delusional. Bungie will not make D3 the game of the year.
Bungie will not start caring about their players. Bungie will not care about video games.
Bungie will not make D3.
This is the reality people.

Destiny 2 isn't a gold mine anymore its all dried up. D3 would be an epic fail if they tried it as bungie are an absolute mess with no clear direction or leadership that cares. People wanting D3 are just hoping for that chemical hit in the brain D2 used to give them.

Nobody on this dev team understands the sandbox or how ability spam kills the loot pool, or how the tiered system kills the loot pool, or how the Portal is undesired by the overwhelming majority, or how not every activity needs to be a sweatfest. The current dev team are inheritors of this great franchise. Not creators. The creators are gone. The inheritors are jealous. They don't want to milk the cash cow because it conflicts with their ego. The best thing that could happen to D2 is getting reassigned to a new studio. After it is stabilized and improved upon, THEN AND ONLY THEN do you pursue a D3.
