3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear of these Cross Save setup issues you're experiencing! To add to what EckyThump has already kindly advised, can you double check the following? 1) Can you verify you're logging in to the correct Xbox profile and/or Steam ID? It seems like you are, but it's a good idea to triple check since this can sometimes trip up those looking to set up Cross Save. 2) Did you at any point have a linked Epic account? We ask because we're seeing traces of one in our system (the name is similar to that of your Xbox account), which may explain why you're not able to complete the authentication process, as it requires authenticating all linked platform accounts in order to get Cross Save going. If a linked Epic account does exist but you no longer have access to it, you'll need to reach out to Epic support for assistance in recovering the account, as you'll need it in order to complete the authentication process and set up Cross Save.

6 RepliesHey there, so you're trying to authenticate Steam during the cross-save setup but it is not working? If you are logging into Bungie.net with XBox, try logging out and logging in with Steam instead. That way on the cross-save page, Steam will be auto-authenticated and you only need to authenticate XBox. Or if you're logging in with Steam, log in with XBox instead and see if authenticating Steam works. Additionally, what do you mean exactly by it 'won't let you' - is it giving you an error message? If so, what is it? Do you have any other game accounts linked, like PSN or Epic Games?
