Everytime I use swarm grenades there is a 50/50 chance that my grenade is useless. I'll throw it and all the nanites just immediately explode. Even when I'm mindful of where I throw it. Lands flat against the ground, explodes. Hits a wall, explodes. I can understand it doing that if I throw it in a corner or something, but that's not what's happening here. The grenade is just immediately detonating and is useless. It'd be nice if Bungie would fix this because there's no way these things are working as intended. Sometimes they'll even hit enemies and explode, inflicting zero scorch stacks and doing absolutely zero damage. I also have issues with thermite grenades as well. Playing on Titan is hard enough without my grenade screwing me over when I need it to work.
