Hello, I paid for the entire year of content for Bungie, and was promised content and such, but with no information being given, no road map as promised, and no update to the game, I feel that I was lied too and tricked so Bungie can keep my money.
Because of the lack of communication, I would like to know how to get a refund for the content I did not receive

Edited by WifeAggro_AFK: 5/19/2026 12:06:32 PMPretty sure I've seen reports of players write on this forum about getting a partial refund from their platform holder for the delay. Think it was like $10 or something; but that was quite a bit ago. If you bought year of prophecy; they've technically delivered everything so you prob can't get one.

14 days and bellow a certain time to get a refund usually. Aside from that you would need a lawyer to maybe get proof bungie didn't deliver what you payed for but bungie would likely fight it as it would blow up big if proven they didn't deliver payed for stuff.

3 RepliesYou would have to ask for a refund from the platform you purchased the DLC through.
