Graviton Spike Zen Moment Fragment Bugged
During the pursuit of the Zen Moment Catalyst for Graviton Spike, the Boss you need to defeat in order to get one of the Fragments, despawns if you die.
This is frustrating and should be addressed.

Hi there, Thanks for the report. Our team is already aware of this issue and it's currently being investigated on. As a temporary workaround, leaving the area and re-entering it may allow the boss to respawn.
